What This Looked Like
Overview

Creative Mornings is a breakfast and a short talk series that happens on the last Friday morning of every month. I helped lead and manage our volunteer team and source partnerships for our monthly events.

This work was about building something consistent and meaningful, the kind of community touchpoint that people show up for because it feels worth their Friday morning, and it is. Managing sponsors, coordinating volunteers, and making sure everything ran smoothly month after month taught me a lot about the operational side of community events.
